CHOC ORANGE SELF SAUCING PUDDING
60g Butter
½ cup Milk
1tsp YIAH Vanilla Sugar
¾ cup Caster Sugar
1 cup Self Raising Flour
1 tbsp YIAH Choc Orange Chocolate Powder (+ 1 tbsp extra)
¾ cup Brown Sugar
2 cups Boiling Water
Icing Sugar
- Heat oven to 180C, grease 1.5 litre ovenproof dish
- Melt butter and milk over low heat, remove from heat and stir in vanilla sugar, caster sugar, sifted flour & choc powder
- Sift brown sugar and extra choc powder over mix, bake 40 minutes or until centre is firm
- Stand 5 mins before serving - sprinkle with Icing Sugar
