Why not try something easy and healthy for dinner tonight - YIAH Za’atar Crusted Kebabs with Hummus


YIAH Za’atar Crusted Kebabs with Hummus

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon YIAH Premuim Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
800g diced lamb
½ cup coarsely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
8 pieces lavish bread
200g yogurt
2 tablespoons YIAH Za’atar Seasoning

Hummus:

2 x 300g cans chickpeas, rinsed, drained
1 clove garlic, quartered
½ cup (140g) tahini
½ cup (125ml) lemon juice
½ cup (125ml) water 

Method:

Combine YIAH Premuim Extra Virgin Olive Oil and juice in medium bowl, add lamb; toss lamb to coat in mixture. Thread lamb onto skewers.
Make hummus by blending or processing all ingredients until smooth. Cover, refrigerate until required.
Spread YIAH Za’atar Seasoning on tray. Roll kebabs in YIAH Za’atar Seasoning until coated all over. Cook kebabs on grill plate, uncovered, until cooked as desired.
Warm lavish bread on grill plate.
Serve kebabs on lavish bread with hummus, parsley and yogurt.
