My Absolute Favourite Recipe ~



Sri Lankan Spicy Lamb Curry

2 kg Lamb, cut of choice, diced
1 onion, chopped
2 teaspoons YIAH Sri Lanka Coconut Seasoning
I can of light Coconut Milk
Salt to taste

·         Brown Lamb
·         Add onion
·         Add YIAH Sri Lanka Coconut Seasoning
·         Add Coconut Milk
·         Cook on low heat for approximately 2 hours
·         Serve with rice
